Comment:

After running numerous virus and spyware scans and getting rid of some viruses and trojans, I still have this Load.html file under Local Settings/Temp, accompanied by two seemingly empty folders called hsperfdata and plugtmp.

While running Netscape, Load.html loads up an IE window with an ad for a site caled Exitexchange, which temporarily stalls my computer everytime it loads. From Task Manager, it initially shows up as an operation labeled "hidden," and looking in the processes window it showed up as IEXPLORER.EXE. Has anyone else experienced this problem? What would be the best course of action?

Exitexchange is another spyware program... I googled it and found several ways to remove it.

IEXPLORER.EXE is not a valid Windows file. Put it in Google, there are lots of hits - virus.

Just for info there are two valid files with similar names that ARE valid:

explorer.exe (main Windows/Windows Explorer file).

iexplore.exe (main Internet Explorer file).
