Comment: I have been running Norton Anti-Virus Live Update Virus Definitions, na daltho' the definitions download they won't install. I have unistalled/reinstalled Norton as advised by the website, but still nothing happening. Am getting jittery! Any advice/secret e-mail address for Norton tech support?

Reply: Did the Norton technical support also recommend that after you ununtsall NAV to use the removal tool from Symantec called "rnav.exe"? After you use the removal tool, reinstall NAV.
Then make sure that the version of "live update" is "1.8" that is in use on your system. If it is not "live update 1.8", go to the Symantec website and download and then install it. If you have ever had Systemworks installed on your computer the removal tool is "symclean". If you cannot get NAV installed, get another antivirus program(ESET's NOD32, SRNMICRO's SOLO or the free AVG 6.0 from Grisoft). Then contact Symantec for a refund. They are very good about 100% satisfaction guarantees. Take care and all the best!
