Use Windows Explorer to find and delete if still present: C:\WINDOWS\about.htm <== file If windows locks this file, try it in safemode. Then, use 'Hijackthis' to remove 'R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\about.htm'.
