Hello everyone since I start the University everything on her access pages was fine till today. I use the connection of the university to download drivers,softwares,games,etc but I don't like to use the computer cuz some of them or all of them are slow so I bring always my laptop. Today I was going to check the movies on my cinemas area and when I put the address it said: (Panda gate defender control you don't have access) ok so I decide to check another area like yahoo movies and the same:(Panda gate defender control you don't have access). So I was going to ask one of my friends that work there but he is on vacation and he will come like on thursday or friday of next week. : ( So all of this was getting me mad cuz also was restricting the page of my daily news paper.(amazing) This is very ridicules cuz am using my computer my personal computer my personal stuff and I can't check neither my emails OMG. I just would like to know how I can take out that firewall from my computer or disable it.

Providing it is your firewall on your laptop you should be able to remove via Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel, however accessing the Internet without firewall protection is pretty much PC suicide so I would recommend you install Zone Alarm here:

Another thing to consider is perhaps your university has imposed network restrictions not allowing you to download or have access to certain areas after all you are there to learn not play games & they have to safeguard the network for other users and reliability.

But the problem is that the firewall its not install on the computer it might be on the connection cuz I when to control panel and I don't have nothing there including the computers on the university. also I just download my stuff on my free hours. : )
