limewire crashing my msic folder

help, ive been downloading tracks with limewire into my music folder, now something has corrupted the itunes file and whenever i try to open my music or the itunes folder it shuts down with a 'explorer needs to close' message, then it promtly closes and wants to send error report.

Hello matt, This is a bad news, something corrupted the program explorer.exe, which is the heart of windows itself.... You can try a "restore" option Go to "start", then "run", write "MSconfig", ask to restore your system minimum two days before your problem started, confirm ..... hope it will help.............
