limewire, b.exe and taskmanager

i kept getting limewire popping up if i open any programs so i decided to delete all files with limewire, i also cant open task manager
and each time i started windows i got a message about b.exe could not open (the one where it asks if you want to send it to microsoft)
i was reading other posts and i downloaded highjack this, i would really like if somone could help me. this is what i found in the scan.
(ill wait till someone asks me to :)

i think ive fixed it, i got rid of b.exe and i found out i had taskmgr.exe in a c folder and it said it was a trogan, and i can open task manager now, thankyou
