Free programs: Antivirus; Avira(the best of the free)Avast,and AVG.
Antispyware; SUPERAntispyware,Spyware Terminator has a free monitor while SAS has a free scanner only.Yes,they are clean but ST's license agreement is a bit shady.
Antitrojan; Ewido,and A-Squared.Both have free scanners with an optional,time limited trial of the full program including the monitor.
