I received the following e-mail attachment worm klez.h
the e-mail address can be spoofed-by this worm, so the sender is unknown.
don't view or open this e-mail attachment.Klez.E is the most common world-wide spreading worm.It's very dangerous by corrupting your
files.
Because of its very smart stealth and anti-anti-virus technic,most common AV software can't detect
or clean it.

removal tools are there also for this worm.

Even when you put it in the deleted items BEFORE you open it, opens it. In other words it opens by itself. Even when you block the sender, through outlook express, it still opens it.

but wont you need to open up the attachment, i got an email like that and it only had the body message no attachments, and i later checked registry to see if it has mad a new key and it came up with nothing, and another thing isnt it used only with the Outlook or OutlookExpress vulnerability?

Grr.. I'm pretty sure I have this virus, but all the tools say that no infected files were found.
I still get returned emails from the Postmaster, any ideas on how to help?
(PS, I accidentally opened one of my returned emails, and that's how it started)

IF you read the info at the links in earlier posts, you'll find that this virus generates FAKE email returns.
Are you using the most recent updates for your AV scanner?

Hmm, anti virus tools complain if you try to run this email attachment program, but go ahead and do it anyway. Whats wrong with this picture?

hey, just wanted to say, that i got the clez worm about four times, please, i'd recommend updating virus scanners.
allso wnted to say that it's extremely spreadable.
