Klez Virus...Winkbkj.exe can't remove

I've recently had Klez virus and used Norton removal tools to clean all 708 files but the Winkbkj.exe can not be delete? Does anyone has any trick or done this please inform ASAP! Thankx...

You may not be able to remove it manually (eg in Windows Explorer) because it's write protected. Do a right-click on the file, click Properties and unmark the write-protect mark at the bottom of the screen. Then try again. If that doesn't work, try renaming it and the n deleting it. Dane

I've already reformat my hard drive and did a clean installed...its' all good..thanks to everything? But unfortunately, I just had W32.Supova.worm virus and can't remove it but luckily be able to quarantine it....

You can go to find file and folder options and type Winkbkj.exe then try deleting it or you go straight to command prompt type autoexec.bat then find this file and you can delete from there or you find from the registry or go to www.symantec.com then you can download a viruse scan for this Winkbkj.exe
