Comment: Is this virus written in VBS? I was just wonding if using Outlook is the only way to launch it. We also use Quickmail for an e-mail client. So I didn't know if there was another way to launch it.

Reply: I think it is wise to download this tool and have it in a floppy just in case...
It doesn't work from DOS and it's effective.

Reply: The best way I know of to remove the Klez series and the elkern worm it drops is to download a program from Kaspersky: ftp://ftp.kaspersky.ru/utils/clrav.com, I got a hold of this tool while fixing my mother's computer 2 weeks ago as she had contracted klez.h from somewhere....
