Hello, I think there is something wrong with my Kaspersky Internet Security 09. A message pops up saying that the database is obsolete. What does this mean?
Also, when I attempt to update my KIS09, the update does not finish. This has just happened today for the first time.
How can I fix this problem?
Thanks

this problem can appear if your licence is no longer valid
check that
"Databases are obsolete" means that you`ll need an update
our patience is big

If you are upto date with the subscriptions then malware could stop the update process , Try MBAM from the link below just update and run the quick scan , remove all it finds
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
......

You can also update from the link below ,
http://majorgeeks.com/Kaspersky_Ant...
Or you may wish to get a free AV from top freeware picks also at majorgeeks .

I'm thinking that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware did the trick. Kaspersky is showing that it's database is up to date. Thanks
