Sometimes Norton Antivirus comes up with the following message:
"The file
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{1E25B912-71EE-49EC-B354-3F0E67A9AB53}\RP42\A0008557.exe
is infected with the virus Keylogger.Trojan.
Not able to repair the file/acces denied."

When I scan my computer with Norton Antivirus (updates installed up till now), the scan comes up with no virus at all.

I get the message when I leave my PC unattended for a while. Symatec does not have any additional information about Keylogger.Trojan.

Does anybody has experience with this Trojan and how to remove this. I'm not able to acces the folder C:\System Volume Information\_restore{1E25B912-71EE-49EC-B354-3F0E67A9AB53}\RP42\ myself.

Also several Trojan scanners come up with " No Trojan detected on your PC" (or soemthing like that).

try a scan at www.housecall.antivirus.com and at www.pandasoftware.com

Then download a TRIAL for TROJAN HUNTER
from http://www.misec.net/trojanhunter/
and run its scan also.

that file is stored in your restore folder,
disable restore, reboot the re-enable restore.
