My keyboard has been hacked, perhaps? To get the ? symbol, I have to hit SHIFT-6 as opposed to SHIFT-/
SHIFT-/ gives the symbol É
My apostrophes are backwards like this `
My quotation marks don`t work either.
Any ideasÉ

There's no such thing - despite rumours to the contrary
Check your keyboard language settings, it sounds like yours may have changed somehow
I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter.
