It should still be under warranty...sounds like you have a hardware problem and I would contact them immediately and request service on the laptop.
Just make sure to save all your important docs and files before sending it away.
Chances are they may reformat your drive and lose all, or they will replace the keyboard and still set it back to a factory installation.
Too many people send their laptops off and lose all their valuable files not knowing ahead of time.
