OK, I have my On Guard(real time) Key logger Detector set on high sensitivity. It is detecting my updates from HP as an attempt to key logging and my screen saver as an attempt to key logging. My screen saver is an .scr file so that might be why, and updates from HP is an .exe file. Is it just most likely that my sensitivity for the Key Logger Detector is on high or can it actually be a key logger program. Also my mouse pointer moves involuntarily sometimes and logging on to my account on windows is weird a lot of the time, but I think this just might be due to other spyware, but can it be key logging.

Open a command prompt and run
netstat -an
Do that with no windows opened and pay attention to the foreign address column. Look for any connections that don't belong. If you don't understand the output of the command, post it here and we will help you.

It won't let me copy the results of the netstat -an.

Then run netstat -an > out.txt
Copy the contents of that file and post that.
