Not sure if this will work, but one way to get rid of the file is through DOS. Just Open up a Dos Prompt and navigate to the folder (or file) and delete it.

I had this, when you click on it in
windows, it comes up with "explorer has
caused an error in (some.dll) and will
now close" this .dll was in my case one in
the winzip folder. I deleted the .dll after a
reboot, so it wasnt being used by
windows at the time, them deleted the file
itself. (i think this works............)
