CrowdStrike revealed two significant partnership expansions at RSA 2026 this week, strengthening its relationships with Intel and IBM while advancing its AI-driven security capabilities.

NEWS: $CRWD CrowdStrike announced a strategic collaboration with $INTC Intel to secure the next generation of AI PCs.

The cybersecurity firm announced an extended multi-year agreement with Intel to refine its Falcon platform specifically for Intel-based AI personal computers. This strategic development addresses the increasing adoption of AI assistants that handle confidential information locally on user devices.

The enhanced Falcon platform will merge CrowdStrike’s threat intelligence expertise with Intel’s Neural Processing Units and Intel Threat Detection Technology. This integration enables threat identification through hardware-level telemetry combined with Falcon’s comprehensive endpoint, identity, and cloud monitoring capabilities.

Intel vPro contributes hardware-assisted recovery capabilities, enabling IT departments to restore and protect systems during scenarios where operating systems become inaccessible. CrowdStrike’s chief business officer Daniel Bernard emphasized that security must function “where those interactions happen” as artificial intelligence capabilities shift to endpoint devices.

Falcon Data Security will identify, categorize, and apply governance rules to prevent data leakage as workers utilize AI assistants, web browsers, and desktop applications. Intel’s Jen Larson stated the objective centers on delivering real-time protection “without compromising performance or user experience.”

Charlotte AI Integrates with IBM’s ATOM Platform

Regarding the IBM collaboration, CrowdStrike is connecting its Charlotte AI solution with IBM’s Autonomous Threat Operations Machine, referred to as ATOM. ATOM serves as IBM’s automated SOC coordination platform, and this integration focuses on facilitating machine-speed threat investigation and mitigation.

The Falcon platform will become part of IBM Consulting’s managed Threat Detection and Response portfolio. This arrangement includes connectivity to IBM’s worldwide X-Force Cyber Range, which conducts cyber incident simulations to help organizations prepare for evolving security challenges.

The unified framework connects the security operations center, IBM ATOM, and Charlotte AI to evaluate threat alerts spanning endpoint, identity, and cloud infrastructures. This represents a comprehensive integration spanning multiple security domains.

    Additional RSA 2026 Announcements

CrowdStrike utilized RSA 2026 to introduce several additional initiatives. The organization unveiled Charlotte AI AgentWorks, a no-code development environment for creating customized AI security agents, featuring collaboration with partners such as Accenture, AWS, and NVIDIA.

The company also introduced Agentic MDR, an AI-enhanced managed detection and response offering designed to automate security processes against AI-empowered threat actors. New Falcon Cloud Security capabilities were presented as well, featuring Application Explorer and Timeline Explorer tools for cloud security risk management.

CrowdStrike expanded its Falcon Flex licensing framework to encompass security services, providing organizations with threat hunting and incident response capabilities through a pooled service hours model.

CRWD stock has declined approximately 18% year-to-date in 2026. Market analysts have referenced macroeconomic challenges and questions surrounding generative AI technologies potentially disrupting established software providers, including market response to Anthropic’s Claude Code Security introduction.

Wall Street maintains a predominantly positive outlook. Featuring 27 Buy recommendations and 9 Hold ratings, CRWD carries a Strong Buy consensus rating. Analysts project an average price target of $484.33, suggesting approximately 25% potential appreciation from present trading levels.
