Kaspersky Internet Security Does Not Turn On When Win7 Start

I Installed Kaspersky IS 2013 last month. Before that, i had the previous version (IS 2012) for almost a year.
Suddenly the last 3 days when Windows (7) starts, the Kaspersky IS 2013 program can not turn on and i can see the problem in Action Centrer. I Try to Turn it On but without success ..
Please, if anyone knows tell me what to do ….

    1. What I would do, as it is hard to know if it is a Kaspersky problem or a Windows problem, I would isolate the problem by trying another AV.
      I use MSE, if that dos’nt work, we have a clue where to start.

      You can only have one AV installed at a time, so uninstall Kaspersky.

      Now turn on Windows firewall & install MSE.
