My Norton Scan detected jassem.exe.... I have checked norton website for this info, but unable to find anything. Can anybody provide me with additional info?

1. What is Norton's detection message as it appears including the malware directory path?
2. Where is this jassem.exe file located?
3. You could download Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com to help you with the identification of processes running in Task Manager.
4. Four plus databases of identified files for Windows applications, security risks, and system processes:
http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm
http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/
http://www.windowsstartup.com/wso/search.php
http://www.sysinfo.org/

This is caused by the Randex virus - look in your running processes and you'll find the jassem.exe running - end this process (you may have a couple of them running) - next thing to do is go to regedit and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run - delete the key that relates to jassem.exe (think it's something like Microsoft Synchronisation) - you can then just delete the jassem.exe files (usually found in c:\ and c:\winnt\system32
Hope this helps!
