Comment:
A couple weeks ago I noticed in my Start-up menu a program labled with a bunch of letters that was associated with c:\windows\system\IZGMFU.exe. When I deselected this at start-up, there was a new file name with a different bunch of letters associated with the same IZGMFU.exe file. I did this afew more times and now have 6-8 files with one active to this .exe. I tried deleting it in Windows Explorer and in Safe Mode. Can't get rid of it. Don;t find anything on the web when I search. Anybody no anything about this?

Search the registry and delete any key named IZGMFU. Then do a file search in Windows Explorer and delete any folder/file with that name.
IZGMFU.EXE is not a legit Windows executable.
Motor cooled down, heat went down, that's when I heard that reinstall sound

I was able to delete the key in the registry, but I cannot delete the file in Win Explorer as "it is in use by windows". I did a "Properties" on this file and it says it's the install utility for "callinghome.biz". Any other thoughts? Thanks....JackK

I was able to delete this file after stopping the application via control-alt-delete and selecting it. Thanks all!
