This is a SCAM, probably ransomware. Don't click anything it says (or do anything).
Just wait for someone on here who can deal with it.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Please Copy and Paste the instructions into a text file, print or write down the steps & info. You will need them, as they are hard to remember, for when you are offline. Cross off each step as you do it.

As we dismantle the infection bit by bit, that may allow the repeat use of programs, which may in turn pick up more.
Removal of infected parts of the system, may cause other parts to stop working, such as your Internet connection or Services. These we then, have to repair.

If any program won't run ( due to the infection ) let me know.

"It won't let me download some games"
That is understood from your original post.

Follow posts #2 & #3.
If any of the programs in #3 won't run (or any program run to tackle the infection) that is what we need to know.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

We only use programs we trust (usually free ones) - you can google the program if you so wish. If you have doubts about our free help look at the other posts we have handled on these forums. You must either trust us, seek guidance elsewhere, or take the computer in for repair.

My advice is to let Johnw (#3) clean the machine using the processes he suggests but it is entirely up to you.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

"It won't download some apps"
Ok, check if you can download Avast for your tablet.

Probably this or something like it from Avast.

Type RogueKiller review into search bar to check it out. I have found programs through bleepingcomputer.com and filehippo.com to be virus free. But watch what you click while installing ITS EASY TO AGREE WITH DOWNLOADING OTHER PROGRAMS such as toolbars & free trial memberships for most anything when downloading legitimate programs.

Now for my opinion of this site.....THEY (other members) HAVE NEVER STEERED ME WRONG :-)

Just out of interest, where are you trying to download your apps from? If it is Google play then what actually happens when you try to download (Incidentally I haven't found a version of RogueKiller that runs on Android so the problem of whether it is harmful won't arise.). As post #13 gives a link to Avast which does have an Android version then that may be your best option, but also try & stick to downloading only from GooglePlay.

For those who don't know their way around malware, probably best to resolve this, even though it won't affect the OP, who already stated, it is not available as an app.

RogueKiller is one of the tools recommended by malware forums dealing with HiJackThis or other logs as a program to run before presenting the log for expert infection help.

I use Softpedia, down the bottom of the page, they make you aware what Ad-supported programs the author of the program has included.
Sample pages.

Users are advised to pay attention while installing this ad-supported application:
· Offers to change the homepage for web browsers installed in the system
· Offers to change the default search engine for web browsers installed in the system
· Offers to install StartNow Toolbar that the program does not require to fully function
