ishost.exe causing problems

This is the same problem as described in forum "ishost.exe - help" started by "usernut". As per instructions on that forum, I created a "Hijack This" log.

Download ,install, and update Ewido ,then disable system restore,and reboot to safe mode(F8) Then run Ewido and then your Anti-Virus Then reboot and re-enable system restore

Also you can download this Trojan Remover and run in safe mode also if Ewido doesnt delete them
