Subject: Is systemclean.exe a trojan?
OS: XP Pro Media SP2
CPU/Ram: 2.3GHz(2)/2GB RAM
Comment:
installed a new antivirus recently, had it scan my comp and it picked up

Trojan program:
Trojan.Win32.Inject.mq
c:\windows\system32\systemclean.exe.

No other program I've had says its a trojan and I can't find any source on the internet saying its dangerous. Is it safe to overlook this?

I would say if it is a full trial pay version, there could be a chance it is a false positive to get you to buy it. I found that most trials do that to get you to buy.
I'm not sure if Kaspersky would do that but I know Panda used to do it before.
