I Have A Friend Who Was Using SpyHunter Then I Installed Adaware and Spybot And Did A Full System Scan With Adaware, It Says That SpyHunter Is SpyWare, Does Anyone Know If It Is Or Not?

Cool your jets BlueRaja, what is the harm in that?

If you need a simple solution, try mine. I try to give advise on things that have happened to my PC. Changes in registry can be FATAL! I now have a 95% success rate!

Lavasoft's Ad-aware flags SpyHunter due to allegations that SpyHunter transmits the Windows Product ID from users' PCs back to the company. Reference:

There is no known documentation that proves SpyHunter actually installs malware/spyware however.

The only COMMON thing i can think of is when SpyHunter found an object it couldnt delete so it put it in the quareteen folder and when Ad Aware was searching for spyware if found the spyware that spyhunter had put in the quareteen.

White Hat,

If you read my post - Ad-aware DOES flag SpyHunter as spyware. But whether or not it "should", is up for debate still.

The link I posted for the Lavasoft news article explains why SpyHunter is targeted.
