Solved Is my data safe

Specs: Win 8, AMD A6-3420m 4gb ddr3
I wont go into to many details, but I have very good reason to be concerned that people may attempt to spy on my internet usage. I'm using a password protected wifi network right now. the people who may attempt to spy on me are not law enforcement or government but they do have access to people with a very high level of tech knowledge... like people with computer science degrees. what can i do to protect myself and what would be technically possible for them to achieve if they were HIGHLY motivated.

I ran that program, it lists only devices that are known to me so that makes me feel a bit better... but is it possible for someone to intercept my data without being on my network? running wpa2 security
