I'm looking for some software that'll help me with an 'unsupported file' when I try to watch an MP4 or AVI movie after downloading. It seems from my research that FoxTab Video Converter may be the answer. Yet when tried opening the application my Kaspersky Internet Security warned that this a potentially harmful programme as it has no signature. Is it safe to use?
Try using any video converter just google anyvideoconverter
Thanks for the tip, which I'll try. I can play the downloads on my computer but when I run a copy through my media player to watch on the TV screen it says it throws up the 'unsupported file' message.
yeh will be the support of the file if your burning it to a disc most DVDplayers support AVI but some dont. anyvideoconverter with convert it to anything and i mean anything lol.
Excellent, I'll try it. Thanks again
FoxTab Audio Converter does NOT convert mp4 to mp3. I downloaded and found out its limitations. I want to remove it but it does not show up in the program files list under the control panel. I would love to remove it but do not know how. If anyone knows how to remove this bogus program please let me know. Thanks in advance for the help! sambking (at) comcast (dot) net
Use System restore
If that doesn't work then remove it the old fashioned way: delete all of it's folders
No need to system restore, try using advance system care 3 http://www.iobit.com/advancedsystem...
There is an option in there that should allow you to remove it, advance uninstaller.
and its a great free program
FOXTAB VIDEO CONVERTER MAY BE A FRAUD. I TRIED CONVERTING A FLV TO ITSELF, WITH NO CHANGES SPECIFIED, AND IT SHRUNK IT BY 50%
