Is Dogpile.com Spyware?

Hello! I am having problems using www.dogpile.com!

I am Running Win. XP Pro. With ZoneAlarm Firewall, the Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta, and Etrust EZ Antivirus.

I get to the Dogpile home page, type in what I want to search, click enter and it sends me to the “The Page Cannot Be Displayed” Page!
I emailed their customer support and they answered with: The problem that you are experiencing is most likely the result of your anivirus, spyware blocking, or firewall application blocking the search engine's attempt to connect to clickit.go2net.com. Clickit.go2net.com is the URL that is used to track click-throughs of search results on our sites for advertising purposes. This is done instead of paid advertising. Unfortunately, some security and ad-blocking software may block this, and they will need to be configured to allow you to view clickit sites. You also may want to investigate whether you have adware or spyware that is installed on your PC. These types of programs are designed to respond to certain keywords that are typed by a user, particularly in search engines, and can attempt to redirect your browser to unwanted sites, and if those sites are unavailable, will display a page error. The best way to remove these is by using a removal program such as Ad-Aware or Spybot
I have read that the Clickit.go2net.com is Spyware and I am not happy with that but I still want to use Dogpile! It is my fave Meta Engine!! Having to stick with Ask Jeeves is HELL!
Are the Dogpile People trying to scam me into giving up personal information or can I somehow find a way to use Dogpile again???
I have no idea how to fix this problem but now I am more concerned with finding out if I SHOULD fix this problem!

PLEASE HELP!!

dogpile works ok, ? , try using toolbarcop to check BHO plugins -Clickit.go2net.com and remove , using regedit , search for file and delete, if needed reboot in safe mode and do adaware/spyware scan...:)
