irc\backdoor.flood trojan

Ran into this trojan on the system and was able to get this into the value - my trojan is showing the same c:\recyler\s-1-5-21-606747145-1085031214-725345543-500\ the original message above was a little confusing and not 100% sure if this is going to apply to this trojan as the ending #s are different. Also wasn't sure if there were instructions there or if it was explaingin this trojan.- Can I get a little easier instructions that a non computer expert could follow?

Download the free ccleaner. This is to remove junk temp files. Then do a system restore to a time when you were not infected.
Download and install Spybot S&D and do a scan. Make sure you update this product.
After that you really should consider getting a good anti-virus and anti-spyware software suit

We had just installed the AVG on this station which found this virus - So far we have had norton, panda, windows defender, stop sign, and I can't even remember all the others - AVG found this stupid thing - just not 100% fix- any recommendations?
