Comment:
Anyone heard of the display inverting ?

I was using my computer normally, running an old Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet at the time, when suddenly the display inverted ! Everything else works as normal except the upsidedown display. It is totally bizarre, if I invert the monitor then I can carry on regardless.

I assume I have picked up a virus and will shortly run AV software but I wonder if anyone else has observed this.

Thanks to both of you for the advice, as described in the links, the problem was fixed in a couple of key strokes - you learn something new every day.

Now I can have some fun with friends who are not aware of this, a quick key press when they are not looking and "Oh dear oh dear, looks like that nasty bogweed virus that is going around"

I should'nt really but it is fun.............
