Hi I recently used Malware bytes for removing some trojan virus from my computer. Now the problem is that my internet explorer is running teribbly slow.

You should delete all temporary files, internet files, browsing history, temporary internet files and you should also reset your Internet explorer then you can check your computer performance. If its still same then you need to uninstall Malwarebytes from your computer.
