For the past couple of weeks our internet has been nonexistant. We are only recieving 500-600 bytes and sending 1200. So we cannot open webpages or conect to outlook express. There were two files: iedll and msmgt on your computer, both of which ad-aware cleane out. But we are still having problems. Our isp said that everything is ok on their side. Could the 2 files I mentioned have caused something, or if not what elsecould be causing our internet problems?

There are certain exe's that are not being picked up by neither Spybot or Ad-aware.
I had same type of problem, had a suspected sound/modem card problem ( I think) but have still lost internet a couple of times and only fiddling with the registry has restarted it. Have you made a backup using regedit? And could you please post a report of your system ( using DXdiagnose etc) so can see if you have errant files.
