Have you tried uninstalling Internet lock while in Safe Mode? (Tap the F8 key in 1 second intervals during bootup to get the Safe Mode boot option)

To check to see if you have picked up a virus:

Download and run CCleaner from CCleaner.com to clear out any small trojans that may be hiding in the temp files.

Run these free online scans:

BitDefender : http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie...

TrendMicro's Housecall : http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

your best bet will be to contact *internet lock* support. It is right on their homepage

Out of curiousity, why not try a system restore? It may work for you.

I refer many downloads to the majorgeeks site because they are usually more up-dated than other sites.
Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results as it will help others.
