This Sunday I became infected with a virus that will not let me get on the Internet. It has somehow attacked my IE. I know IE is operating because I can turn on the Task Manager and see the IE process running. It will however not log onto the web. I can also play games online and my wife can get to the iTunes store. Being that I cannot get on the web, I realize it is difficult for you to see things. I just need some ideas as to what virus this could be, and some possible suggestions as to how to combat this virus. Any and all help would be very much appreciated. First of all maybe check your firewall settings and see if IE is blocked in any way. Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

why use IE,when there's much better alternative browsers. http://www.opera.com/download/ http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ those browsers are much secure than IE.
