Solved Internet explorer- Security warning!

Specs: Windows XP service pk3, AMD ATHLONXP1800
Hi expert folks, I am talking about the pops up message that whenever I open Internet explorer, it displays an error message,
Internet explorer- security warning!
Do you want to install this software?
Name: Adobe Flash player
Publisher: Adobe systems incorporated.
Install don’t install
Whiles from the Internet can be useful, this file type can potentially harm your computer, only install software from publishers you trust.

I have been running winxp professional with free avast anitivirus, Malwarebytes and I ran both of them to find out problem, but no malicious problem arrived.

It should be OK. I get that message occasionally too. However if you suspect it is malware masquerading as a legitimate flash player update you can always go directly to the adobe site and download from there:
