Internet explorer security warning

I was wondering if I can disable the Internet Explorer security warning, the one where it asks me if I want to install X program. I have Internet Explorer 6 if that helps. Thank you.

Tools>Internet Options>Security tab

for the Internet zone, click 'custom level' button...

under "Active X controls and plugins", choose 'Disable' for both signed and unsigned controls
