Not sure if I have a virus, worm, or whatever. I can access AOL, but not Internet Explorer...it comes up "page not found". When I reboot the system, I get 2 error messages: "Loader has encountered a problem and needs to close." and "Sahagent.exe needs to close." I bought Norton Anti-Virus Prof. 2004 and it keeps giving an error msg. when I try to install.

If there was something I could do to just wipe out everything on the computer and start over, I'd do it. Help anyone?
