It's been 3 days now fixing an officemate computer with no success,trying any posible solution from other forumers but im almost give-up.My antivirus scanned and clean some viruses/malware/spyware such as troj/nebule.gen,troj/pushdo-gen,mal/dropper-l but after a reboot the internet connection was lost.A messege error appeared like work offline;no connection to the internet is currently available blah blah blah,the error messege will popup even i'm not clicking the internet browser.I hope by posting here the computer turns back to normal.

If somebody wants to see my hijack log file i'm glad to post it.

sounds good, if that doesn't work you may also have to use LSP fix:

sorry for the late post dude

it seems the LSP fix didnt find any problem,nothing listed in the remove window,while in keep window;

file: description
mswsock.dll Tcpip
winrnr.dll NTDS
nwprovau.dll NWLink IPX/SPX/ NetbiosCompatible TransportProtocol
rsvpsp.dll [Protocol Handler]

in repair summary no changes necessary,what will i do next?You might examine my hijackthis log file perhaps you will discover the culprit dude.

Sorry, I'm not really qualified to help you on HJT. If you want, why not post it in http://hijackthis.de/
and then google your questionable findings.
That will help you.
