I uninstalled Nortons systemworks and reinstalled it but got a "Internal Error 2352" message and it cannot complete the installation. How can I fix this error?

You will need to get and use the Symantec removal tool for Systemworks. It used to be called "symclean". I do not know what version of Systemworks you have I cannot tell you what it is called. HTH

I use the "symclean" that was on the disc and I'm still getting the same error.

I was able to fix the error problem and installed the software. Now it won't let me update the antivirus. I get a "LU1814: Liveupdate could not retieve the update list. Please check your internet connection and try again". There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. How do I fix this error now?
