It says Integrity Threats Detected: some system files or hard drive structure may be corrupted, this may lead to crashes, reboots, freezes of operating systems. Your files and documents may get corrupted due to this problem. click here to fix this problem. it says that in my notification tray and a little yellow triangle with and exclamation is in the tray afterwards

Whatever you do, don't click on anything. This is a false message that is attempting to get you to install programs that you neither need nor want.
An expert here should be able to walk you through the process of riding yourself of this infection.
