Hello. I need to know how to be sure my PC is clear of viruses. I have recently had attemps to hack into my bank account and infomation stolen to hack into my epassporte account. After this happened i scanned with norton and adaware and removed a couple things that adaware called "malware" but norton found nothing. Then it happened again and while scanning with adaware norton started finding all these infected .tmp files in my winnt/temp folder. The files were
pka1.tmp
pkdd.tmp
pk303.tmp
pk311.tmp
pk32a.tmp
norton called them hacktool spammer and infostealer. how can i be sure these are the only infected files and that there isn't some exe somewhere? Are there any better tools than norton to use to scan? I really need to fix this as i don't feel safe using this PC at all.

Try running Ccleaner. From both Safe Mode and Normal Mode.

Also, you might try booting into Safe Mode and manually deleting the files.
