hello, im having a serious problem with my laptop i hope someone can help with, i cannot install any programs at all that contain .exe files. ive looked on your forum for a fix but nothing has worked. ive tried to install AVG, adware, malware, and none of them will work. i couldnt install the java to run a system scan either. internet explorer stopped working one month ago, so i managed to download firefox, its worked ok, until now with any .exe files downloading, but then not being able to install them. the error message is the same every time, saying mozilla encountered problems and will be closed. can anyone advise me what to do please, as my computer is needed for work. kind regards lazurus
