Infected computer help

I have been getting popups even offline and my computer keeps running slow. I think it is infected.

I have downloaded hijack this but don't know how to use it.

Please help!

CWShredder Download, Unzip, Run, “Fix” -


SpyBot S&D Download, Install, Update, Run -


Ad-Aware 6 Download, Install, Update, Run -


SpywareBlaster Download, Install, Download Latest Protection Updates, Enable All Protection

Thanks. I already had spyware and adware but added the other 2. Hopefully, I won't have popups on my computer when I get to the office in the morning!! I'll let you know.
