Hi, This is what I found on the net. This error can occur when the InetCpl.cpl file gets corrupted. The best thing to do is to uninstall Internet Explorer and then reinstall it to the latest version. This is why your AV program won't pick it up. Use RevoUninstaller to remove I.E. from this link: http://download.cnet.com/Revo-Unins...
