Hi. Everytime I start windows, it gives me an error saying that I am missing windows\image.dll. Could someone please help?

Try opening a command prompt and running 'sfc /scannow'. Make sure to have your Windows CD in the drive as it will be needed to restore your files. Afterwards make sure to do a UPDATE, to check for any patches that may need to be fixed/replaced.
