I hope someone can help me out. I downloaded a game the other day off a torrent site. I know, stupid. Anyway, I was playing it, everything was fine. I didn't really like the game so I went to delete it. When I installed the game, it installed in the c: folder. I right clicked on the folder and deleted it to the recycle bin. Thats when I noticed my mouse wouldn't move. The keyboard was working and everything, but the mouse wouldn't operate. I checked all the cables in the back and everything is fine. Then I turned it off and went to reboot. Thats when my monitor wouldn't go from hibernate to on status. I don't know what it is. I can hear the unit boot up and everything but I can't get my monitor to turn on. Any thoughts???

your problem is that you didn't uninstall the game. You just deleted the folder and contents and that is the reason for your problem...things HAVE to be uninstalled before deleting stuff.
Can you get into the bios, set up the drive to boot from cdrom and try a repair install?
You will have to have the XP pro disc to do this.
Also, your ram is quite low to run XP pro comfortably
