IGFX Tray / Zone Alarm Alerts

My Zone Alarm is constantly asking for permission to allow IGFX Tray permission to access the internet. When i look up the details on WHO IS, it comes up as a local person that is living not too far away from me.....which leads me to believe that it is a hacker. Does anyone else know anything about IGFX TRAY and if it is a needed application i did a bit of looking around but i really am not too familiar with it. Thanks.
