iexplore.exe/Lite dvd.exe processes

ok,on my laptop I always seem to have at least 2 iexplore.exe processes and 1 lite dvd process running,even without IE running.if i kill the processes,another pops up called AXISNEW.exe and then the iexplores come back.I have scanned with Ad-Aware and Zone Alarm but both got nothing. Thanks for the help in advance.
