iexplore gets redirected

when i search on google this list is shown like normal, but when i select a web site from list it redirects me somw where else.
The anti-virus i am running is Trend Micro and now it will not update as well as windows will not update. This is a new computer. I have never used anthing like hijack this.
Please help......

Did the PC come with Trend Micro? If it came with Norton and then you loaded up Trend your AV will not work properly unless you go to the Norton website and use their uninstaller to clear out Norton junk.

There are some good basic FREE cleaners listed in the link, I would suggest running those, as each one cleans out different junk.
Let us know how you make out.
Also go into tools and check out your addons. If you see some weird stuff in there, disable it. As well, check out your start-up items, try unchecking everything EXCEPT your AV and firewall and see if that helps.
