I've got this really annoying issue with my IE 5- every time I shut it down I get the error message "IExplore caused a gfp in user.exe".

Does anyone know what the meaning of this message and possibly know woh to fix this? I have tried disabling my anti virus program (NAV) with no resolve. The Microsoft support database does not give any clues either.

Please help?
