IE7 freezes the whole computer

April 9, 2009 at 10:28:47
Specs: Windows XP SP3
Whenever I startup IE7 the whole computer will
freeze, the mouse can move for a few minute
and then freezes as well. I cannot CTRL-ALT-
DEL and the only way to turn computer off is a
manual shutdown.

I also had been infected with the Google
redirect/pop up malware but that had been fix
recently with Malwarebytes and Spybot SD

Appreciate your help.
